Thanks for your show of support in contacting Representative Gaetz’ office with your request to have HB 4133 withdrawn. Many of you have asked what the motive is for attempting to repeal PG licensure. There’s no clear answer yet, but it is our understanding that Rep. Gaetz will be available to meet this afternoon to provide some answers. Any additional information we get will be passed on to you. FAPG/AIPG has requested support from the Florida Engineering Society and other high-ranking members of our state legislature to help get HB 4133 withdrawn.
Earlier today, you should have received a one-page .pdf file outlining some aspects of the importance of PG licensure. Please forward that document to your own district representatives and ask for their support as well.
